Who we are

Rarest Form Limited, registered in England & Wales (company number 17433459), registered office 26 Cromwell Road, Ascot, SL5 9DG, United Kingdom. LittleWeave is a product of Rarest Form Limited.

What we provide

A web and mobile service for recording, transcribing and keeping a voice journal of your child’s childhood. We provide the prompts, the recording, the transcription, the timeline, the family sharing tools, and a typeset PDF of the year you can download from the profile.

Who can hold an account

Adults. You must be 18 or over to create an account. Children appear in LittleWeave as the subject of a parent’s journal — and, when you choose, as a voice on a recording you make — never as account holders.

What’s yours

Everything you record, write, and upload. You own your family’s recordings, full stop. We hold them for you, we render them as a timeline and a downloadable PDF, but we never own them. You can download that PDF at any time, free. A zip of the original audio is not in the product yet; write to us if you need the files. To close the account itself, write to us. Your memories are never hostage.

What’s ours

The prompt text, the editorial design of the book, the brand mark, and the software that runs the service. You’re welcome to screenshot your own pages for any purpose. Don’t reproduce the prompt library elsewhere as your own work.

Payments & cancellations

LittleWeave is free to use while we’re finding our feet. If we ever introduce a paid plan, it will be optional, clearly priced, and cancellable at any time — and your archive stays exportable either way, so anything you’ve already exported is unaffected. If something’s broken on our side, a fix is our default.

Endings

If we ever stop offering this service — unlikely, but a children’s archive deserves the plan in writing — we will give 120 days’ notice and provide every family a one-click full export of audio, transcripts and photos before shutdown. Your family’s recordings do not become an asset for someone to acquire.

Governing law

English law. Disputes settled by English courts. If you’re in the EU, your local consumer rights still apply.
